I called looking for a car to buy they put my information in the system and runs credit in mine and my husbands name every week . I called dean mitchell credit department they put me on hold and then said I did it. They are very very rude. Then I got hung up on I called back ask for the owner the man answered the phone and he was rude he took my number I doubt I get a call back.

They are the best I highly recommend Miss April to anyone. I came all the way from Mississippi to Mobile just about this car and I love it. I found a new truck at a reasonable price and a reasonable down payment. They work with me when other banks and financial institutions would not.

They sold me a vehicle with problems and I brought it back for them to correct it and I had to spend $1500.00 to get it fixed. They lied and said they made repairs but then today they said they flushed the transmission which nothing was wrong with. They will lie to sale you a car. They dont provide paperwork for the work they claim to do. I bought the vehicle at the end of January 27,2024 and took it back to them January 29,2024 because of the issue. They kept the vehicle for 3-4 days and it had the same problem.BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Cannot say enough about there sales manager Andy, he delivered on every promise he made to us about the car we purchased from him. 100% happy with our car and the dealership, highly recommend if youre looking for a used car, check there first!
