My husband see Dr Ramagosa which is a good Dr. This particular day on 2/26/24 he was on vacation which left him to see the PA Brittany. He checked in at 7:40 am and was still waiting at 8:40 am. Trying to be patient he asked the lady at the front desk how long it would be because he's been waiting an hour she was rude and had attitude rolling her eyes. (The chubby one with the glasses). She went to the back to only come and say your suppose to be next they are pulling your chart. So within an hour no chart has been pulled but the lobby has been cleared 2x patients that arrived after him have been called, patients that are still completing paperwork have been called. He has never waited this long and the office is so nonchalant and nasty. This review was done still waiting in office at 8:46. Currently still waiting.

Had a very good experience today visiting Brittany Johnson. Very professional in handling my situation. As she entered the exam room she was super nice and extremely welcoming while introducing herself. She was very knowledgeable and caring while treating my issues, taking time to explain the process of what was going on as well as steps to take afterwards. I definitely recommend her to anyone. I look forward to any future visits as she made my bad/painful situation into a great experience. Thank you again
