BEAUTY IS ONLY SKIN DEEP!!! True the Oak Trees are beautiful. Yet, winds and storms caused unkept branches to break off, GOUGING several holes in the roof of my Coach. Less than a year I had it "PROFESSIONALLY SEALED AND COATED. NO DAMAGE AT THAT TIME! Temporary patches cost $100.00's.. New Roof $10G! Plus interior ceiling/walls damaged. Park Owner, Alisha Rawls fired Kristin following the theft of my OPIOIDS she stole while setting up a new TV. Her bestie was evicted bc she was selling drugs. I was blackballed. Owner refused to replace outside light bulb, despite I was being vandalized/threatened.. my car, also. It was pitch black dark. Owner said I had to pay for it! Behind mt Unit the fence was down, trash everywhere, overgrown grass.. Owner refused to clean or repair ANYTHING. New Management took over. Carlee Parnell and Christopher have written some beautiful untruths regarding the Park, as well as Alisha Rawls family member in order to offset derogatory Reviews. I WAS PROMISED my Rent Check, as well as my trash would be picked up.. PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION However, Christopher agreed to help me with rearranging contents I had delivered from my Storage Unit for $100.00. He worked 2-3 hours, but began complaining his back hurt. He and Carlee had no food, We agreed Monday he could finish the job. He asked for a 'few dollars' stating they had no food or gas. I had a $100.00 note. I trusted he would come back, he and Carlee manage the Park... Monday, his back hurt. Tues. AM, RUDELY, HE SAID, "CARLEE SAID THAT IT HAD TO BE DONE 'RIGHT NOW!!' REPEATEDLY! He left angry. But, I was too sick TO LIFT MY HEAD FROM THE PILLOW. MONTHS PASSED, He never came back. However, they were hungry... I SENT them 14 frozen dinners, w/deserts, condiments, etc. I was informed by owner, Alisha Rawls it was my responsibility to get the rent to her.. duh!!! I NEVER LEFT HOME EXCEPT TO GO TO PAIN MANAGEMENT DOC ONCE EVERY TWO MONTHS! What happened to the promise of help me before I moved on site? Months of hatefulness passed until Carlee contacted me about a very nice, seldom used flat screen TV wanting to buy it... Despite her ugliness and hateful, spiteful attitude towards me, I gave it to her... MERRY CHRISTMAS.. Yet, again, I am informed that they wouldn't pick up my rent check, reminding me of Late Fees... THEN, Carlee misplaced my check... nine days later she tells me of the problem, asked me to write another one and stop payment on the one SHE LOST!!! Oh, says she, IT WILL ONLY COST YOU $35.00 Fee for the Bank Service!!! I could go on and on and on, but no one is interested in sordid stories such as this, but yes, it is true... dogs are loved and yes they can roam free all over the Park.. no problem!!! Carlee says, even she allows hers that privilege, despite there is a LEASH LAW Carlee's dog was in heat two months ago! While I was at my doctor visit my male dog tore my door screen into shreds bc he could smell her on my front porch!!! One big happy family here, yes, if you accept their pernicious manners... The shabby RV? Alisha was selling it to PAULETTE w/no sewer system and in unfit condition, but despite no decent human could live in such filth, she was getting all the cash out of it from an indigent couple who are mentally handicapped until they couldn't keep up the demands from the Owner, she locked them out with five dogs! I asked Alisha if I could help them a few days in my home until they could find a place to go... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I WANT THEM OFF OF THE PROPERTY NOW... The Unit I am speaking of is the one another past Park Resident said she found Drug Paraphrenia outside of it. The final deplorable, dangerous act was Owner Alisha Rawls lied to me for over a month regarding security before admitting that there was no camera... BTW: OH, PLEASE DO WATCH OUT FOR ALSIHA'S FACE BOOK PAGE... DAILY SHE QUOTES HOLY SCRIPTURES AND IMPLORES READERS TO LIVE THE 'CHRISTIAN LIFESTYLE.. CARLEE AND CHRIS ARE CHRISTIANS, ACCORDING TO CHRIS, HE IS A 'CHRISTIAN COUNSELOR"!!!! My O' My!!!
