Wow! Where to start! Pete and his team are just simply great. They get the job done fast and make things happen. We have used this company for several refinancing as well as purchasing a home and have never been disappointed. They are proactive in requesting for information and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their fees are very reasonable and they usually have some of the best rates. Pete and his team were great to work with! We purchased our house in 2020 and had our mortgage through Rescom and then recently refinanced with them. We had a complex situation with challenges from COVID relief and Pete was steady as a rock. I must have asked him a thousand questions throughout the process. Pete was able to secure a great rate for us literally just before rates started rising and he truly had our best interest in mind. I recommend him without hesitation.
