I arrived at the Law Office of Landon Villavaso after working with another lawyer who utterly bungled my defense case against my former employer. The "advice" this previous lawyer gave me essentially put us in a losing position, as he recommended that I acquiesce to opposing counsels every demand. My instincts were screaming against this but I am not a legal professional and I followed the advice of my counsel.When they started asking for financial information beyond what was necessary to resolve the case, I could not take it any longer and had to get a second opinion as the word "defense" seemed to be completely missing from this lawyer's strategy. Could my lawyer be cowering in fear and wanting to be in the good graces of opposing counsel because they are an incredibly large firm with multiple offices nationwide? Did he feel that he could not go toe-to-toe with them due to their reputation and instead, do whatever they asked of him instead of trying to put the well being of his client first? Whatever the case, even though I am not a legal professional, I knew I was losing...In my first conversation with Landon, I was hoping to get any resolution that would spare me additional months of litigation just to get some peace and move forward with my life, even if that meant settling to their demands. Instead, what I got was an incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and astute gentleman who not only fought against every absurd demand but also found a way to push back and take control of the situation and put up a defense. Landon's steadfast demeanor, detailed discovery, transparent communication and knowledge of the law all combined to form a foundation where I actually had a chance walk away with a successful outcome. Ultimately, this mighty (read: bully) of an opposing law firm had to back away as the claims they filed were merit-less, discovered through months of investigation and hardwork by Landon, resulting in the case being dropped and my not having to pay a cent to my litigious employer.I can't thank Landon enough for all the hard work, the support, the transparent communication and calm he brought to an incredibly tense situation. My family couldn't be happier and I wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone looking for legal representation.

I will start off by saying that Mr. Landon Villavaso is one exceptional attorney. My very first over the phone conversation with Mr. Villavaso regarding my case he made me feel very comfortable, he was so knowledgeable, felt my pain and I knew then that his expertise was exactly what I needed to move forward with my terrible custody battle. Mr. Villavaso was always available to commuicate rather it be over the phone, text, email etc...and although yes he's quite the busy attorney he makes you feel as if you are his only client. Your case is priority. Mr. Villavaso stayed on top of my case daily and made sure to update me every step of the way and walked me through everything.
