Anyone who chooses to pay to live in this community is paying just to live in the city of Eastvale. Expect to pay upwards of $2,650 for a basic 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment with money grabbing Lewis Management as your property owner. Had several issues with a leak and mold growing outside by our front kitchen window, put at least 3 requests in and the issue was never fixed, just a continuing puddle of water and mold growing on the front window sill. The keypad entry we were provided to give guests for the keypad seldom worked and we had to call in to report the issue multiple times (still didn't work by the time we moved out). Moving out is the worst process because different people in the office tell you different things causing confusion and a loss of money. They somehow used our whole deposit (regular and pet, totaling $1,400) and still managed to ask for more money. They charged us a cleaning fee, carpet removal/replacement (and no they do not do partial replacements, so they will charge you for all of the carpet), tub reglazing (still confused why on that one) and for "loss of rent." When we were given our lease renewal and saw our rent was going to go up by the maximum 10% allowed, we decided not to renew. Our lease was set to end December 7th but we were told by the office to sign the 30 day notice as soon as possible to prevent any issues or delays. Well we signed the notice and it was submitted on November 1st (3 days after receiving it) , this put our new move out day as November 30th (because of the 30 day notice), so we moved out on November 30th and then when we received our final move out statement from Lewis Management/The Homecoming two weeks later. They hit us with "loss of rent" for those seven days we were not there. Even though we followed the instructions of the front office staff regarding the thirty day notice. This community is overpriced and a basic apartment complex that is nothing special once you move in to your unit. Lewis Management is just money hungry and this complex goes to show it. Telling tenants moving out to sign the 30 day notice as soon as possible or early to prevent any delays is their way of either making money off of the people moving out (since it breaches their contract) or getting new tenants in even sooner so they can make money sooner that way.

Just had to share another great example of superb maintenance service in this community... Holidays can be busy and stressful, especially if something stops working in the heart of the house! Today, Frank responded quickly when we reported our kitchen lights suddenly stopped working. We had no light to cook! Every time Frank responds to the call, he shows up with a smile and fixes the issue faster than we have a chance to blink. Our kitchen is brighter than ever and he saved our holiday week. Many thanks!
