Rent-A-Wreck

I was quite hesitant to use a rental from this company after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by my experience. We were picked up quickly from the airport and taken to complete the paperwork on the rental. Chris was an absolute joy to work with! She was kind, outgoing and super helpful. The car itself was not the nicest and the reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5, but it got us to intended destinations without any issues. The day we returned the car, we were again met quickly by Chris who had us taken care of in less then 3 minutes. She then took us back to the airport. Chris is a shining star at this location and we were so fortunate to work with her. Would rent from them again! Thank you, Chris!!!

Was told my car would be here in five minutes while still on plane. 30 minutes later I call and ask what is going on and they claim they needed to change a turn signal light. Not only did they lie, but they dont care about customers. Give me a new car instead of spending my time fixing it and not making me aware. Never will get my business again. A joke

We rented a 2018 Chrysler 300 for a trip and it was a nice, clean car that ran very well. Huge shoutout to the owner, Scott! We had a small issue on the road with the windshield wipers and he made some calls and got us into a dealer ASAP to get it fixed and get us back on the road again. The agents that assisted us were very awesome, friendly and helped us the best they could with a few issues. 10/10 WILL rent from these guys again. FYI When renting a car from here, bring drivers license, proof of insurance, and a debit/credit card all in the renters name. They will not let you put it on someone else's card if they're not the driver.
