Lived in there for 5 years left because we needed a larger home We found a place to live and we were a day late telling them we plan to vacate and the property manager worked with us and helped us be able to still put in our months notice. We took good care of our apartment and we received back our deposit! So exciting as we were ok woth if it was needed for carpet cleaning or whatever! The property manager there is such a nice guy and made moving out less stressful :)

So I feel I am in a pretty good place to rate the Wyatt 5 stars. I have lived here 5 years now, two apartments (upgraded from 2 bedroom to 3), Which has been nearly my entire Air Force enlistment.
Lets start with how I feel about this place. I love it. The layout of both of my apartments here is awesome, the appliances are great, maintenance has always been extremely fast, the front office staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything, and I love not having packages stolen. My apartments have been extremely spacious, and well designed in layout. Especially considering the rents charged at other places in town, and in other states, I definitely feel I am getting my moneys worth here.
Now, lets address some of the other reviewers concerns.
This place, and the things the front office can control, have been nothing but awesome. I've seen reviews talking about other tenants, the front office staff apparently charging for moving out, packages, etc etc. I've been here long enough to see just how much of it is B.S from actual dirtbag people.
The package situation here is great. 5 years, not a single stolen package, and i've had a TON of packages. I had an entire twin turbo kit shipped here which was extremely expensive and spread out across 30+ packages in a few days, nothing at all happened to it. Yes if the delivery driver (not the front office!) decides not to put the code in on the weekend, you have to wait till monday. You know what makes you wait longer than a day? a stolen package. So there's that.
Addressing moving out, I did a move out inspection after 2 years here and it went great. We cleaned, obviously I am not at the level of a cleaning company but I wasn't charged for anything more than the standard carpet cleaning. If you're getting charged, stop being a slob or punching holes in the walls. It's not their fault you more than likely destroyed your apartment.
The energy bill can be somewhat high in winter. So are a bunch of places in this town. It gets like -70 here in the winter, what do you honestly expect. It's a problem with XCEL energy and god, not The Wyatt, they can't control that.
All in all, this apartment building and the staff in it will definitely be a positive light in my memories of being in this town for my enlistment, which is weird to say because it's just an apartment, but it's true. If you're in this town looking for an actually nice place to stay that isn't some jank cinderblock apartment or house built in the 1800s, this is it. 10/10 would recommend.

If you're able to get a first floor apartment I'd say these are reasonably priced. Had a very difficult time getting a standard sized couch into the 3rd floor (had to use a pulley system from the balcony as the stairs are too narrow). Otherwise management is great and maintenance requests are fast to respond!
