Joey is the best!!!! A couple of weeks ago I tried to bleach my hair by myself (dont do that i guess was the lesson learned) and was so thankful when Joey came to my rescue. We talked it through and together we were able to make a plan on how to achieve the look that I wanted. Honestly I genuinely have a hard time enjoying haircuts, its hard to trust the process, but Joey genuinely came through and I absolutely love the end result

Do not go to this salon. I went in to have my greys colored and a few highlights and my hair looks patchy and the color is uneven. Elizabeth has no idea what shes doing. The salon is a mess and when I tried to call and speak to the manager I was told that she only excepts emails. Not surprisingly she never responded. Their prices are ridiculous and clearly staff need training. Update- I reported my experience at The Fox Den Salon to the Better Business Bureau and they reached out to the salon. The owner responded to them of course and said if I reach out to them again they would be happy to either redo my hair or refund my money. I reached out 4 times, phone, email ect. They never called me back or responded to my email. I updated the BBB and they reached out and to The Fox Den. This time they replied and basically said they were not going to participate in a resolution. So there you go. Not only did my hair turn out terrible but the owner/manager couldnt care less.
