Wonderful place to go for machine service, parts and learning. I put my Singer Featherweight together incorrectly - I mean how can you screw up putting in a bobbin? - he did not even laugh at me but fixed it as I waited and told me other "information" tips for the machine. I live an hour away from his shop but return there for service and give his business card to quilt guilds.

Visited store for the first time to drop off my beloved Janome Hello Kitty machine to be repaired. Was greeted warmly and felt at ease right away. Was treated with respect despite my cheap kiddie machine. After a demo, I bought a new Janome HD3000. Carrie is great! I will be going back for sure. So happy to have found a local independent business with old school personable customer service.

WOW!! thanks David! We needed help with our older Singer machine. We only use it once every 2 years and could not get it working. After reading the great reviews we gathered up our machine and went to see David. He spent 30 minutes getting it all set and sort of a mini-training session with my spouse. We were ready to buy a new one but he said this one works fine. Outstanding service!! We will be back!!
