Bruegger's Bagels

I love Brueggers Bagels, but this location really needs to improve their customer service and speed. It really bothers me when I arrive in the morning and of the entire staff working, there is only one person taking orders/making food. This is inefficient and slow (which is frustrating, especially when I'm trying to pick up a quick breakfast for the office). In addition, it seems like the last few months, the workers are more focused on talking to each other than taking orders/greeting their customers- it creates an unprofessional and rude atmosphere. I love the bagels, but I don't think I will be back to this location until they improve.
**edited again 10/2017- I tried to give this location another shot, I went in and literally waited 10 minutes for an employee to take my order, there were two employees behind the counter and not one of them even acknowledged me— I left. Just absurd customer service. If it were not for their uptown location, I’m confident this would be out of business- The management of this place needs to change.
