        Ken is a nice guy, knows his stuff, and does good work in a timely manner. Exactly what you want in a tax professional. Like the other reviewer said, he isn't the most prompt at returning calls, but that hasn't been an issue for us since we aren't ever down to the wire. We chose him because he's a local small business, but his good work is why we stay.

        I left a voicemail and he tried calling once while I was in a meeting. I called back within 30 minutes and left a voicemail. He never called back. I left a voicemail every day for the next 5 days and never heard from him again. The guy works out of his house for a reason..
