        Recently purchased yearbooks for my kids and was frustrated to get hit with $7 in service fees, supposedly to cover operating platform fees. I dont understand why the base price wouldnt include these fees. Left me with a bad taste.

        Date of Visit: 10/24/2023 - Visited a friend who works here; gorgeous building, phenomenal furnishes. Only complaint is the TIGHT parking in the visitor parking garage; spots are short and skinny; trucks typically were hanging over the line.

        $25 minimum for school pictures seems steep and doesn't include an electronic file. Minimum price to get the electronic file is $35 since you're also required to order prints. Sure would be nice if they'd let me buy just the electronic file for a reasonable price like Lifetouch offers for $15. Perhaps it'd be more environmentally friendly too.

        They raise the yearbook cost 10 bucks. Then charge you 4 dollars as a fee to keep costs down? 70 for a high school yearbook? Are you kidding me? They give the yearbooks out in August of the following year? That's ridiculous.
