Sara and team always provide incredible guidance on framing projects for my art. The intentional and curious questions they ask help guide me in the decision. They are consistently mindful of my budget and even guide me sometimes to not re-frame piecesI appreciate the relationship they form with me as a client. I will be shipping other pieces back to them in Minneapolis and theyve earned a customer for life!

These humans are amazing. I used to be of the mind that the frame didnt matter as much as the content, but they have proven to me that that is simply not the case. Many of the pieces in these photos were reframed and the results were entirely transformational. They are more inviting, better-looking, and protected from sun damage. Its not cheap, but it shouldnt be as there are true artists at this shop. As a bonus, they are dog-friendly, and working with them is an inspirational pleasure. Thanks, Mitrebox, keep doing what you do.

Mitrebox and the artists within understand and care for the transporting nature of a frame. Your piece is nice. It's exciting. It may even be personal. But it is simply not complete until you walk through those doors.Some might call them framists, you could call them engineers, I want to call them artists. And I want to tip them cash every time I visit in the same way I want to tip a jazz pianist for playing Erroll Garner. I would say watching them work is the most enjoyable part of the process, but Mitrebox does you one better than spectatorship. They involve you. Your personal tastes and tendencies are activated, challenged, and appreciated. If you're lucky, you may even get to stand on Sara's stepstool for a better view. No matter what you plan to do with your piece or where you hope your piece takes you when it finally reaches your wall, you simply cannot get there without Mitrebox building the portal for you.
