Needle Doctor

I have been a Needle Doctor customer for almost a decade. They have always been a customer focused company by providing me with guidance on the right components to purchase based on my current need, and by helping me fix any issues that I may have run into. When I decided to upgrade my system recently, there was no other place that I thought of going. Thank you Ken and the rest of the Needle Doctor team!

OMGoodness! They suggested a new cartridge and they helped install it. I had a couple new lps with three tracks that skipped. (The manufacturer is sending replacements due to known issues.) However, . . . the new cartridge tracked perfectly! They also recommended an LP cleaning unit that transformed some of my old albums to sounding better than ever! Ken, Patrick (who went the extra mile for me!), and David: fantastic job! My records have never sounded better!

I've always had excellent experiences here. I bought a great pair of speakers from here a few months back. For the past few months I've had issues with my record player (that I purchased elsewhere through a different company). I brought in my record player and within a few minutes, the issue was pinpointed to the headshell. Chris also taught me a lot about different components of my record player and was extremely knowledgeable. I was treated with kindness, it was fun to stop by, and I am always interested in learning more about how it all works, that's half the fun of playing records. I am so, so happy, and thank you so much for your amazing help, Chris. I can now dance around to my records once again. It sounds so good! I will be back!
