Wings Credit Union

I selected this bank for my business account. Every single step of opening this account was messed up, requiring numerous calls and back-and-forths to the physical bank location. I ultimately closed my accounts. I would not recommend this bank to my enemy.

Terrible experience over the course of years. but more specifically this branch is horrible, the manager taking the cake. When I first started paying my rent through them, he entirely filled out the paperwork wrong and we were late, costing us money in late fees. He now walks away when I need to go in, rather than saying anything to me. Thats after THREE YEARS. Im going to close my account with them next week. The only people who have helped me in any way are the remote tellers but when Ive contacted customer service? Nightmare. Worst interactions Ive had with a bank in my life.not to mention the time I tried to sign up for my first credit card and they were of little-to-no help and were unknowledgeable about the entire process. All-in-all? Wings will charge you $30 overdraft fees after holding a $100 check you deposited from your mother for SIX DAYS. 0/10 would never bank here again. Your reply to my review was terrible and you should be ashamed. Your app did not notify me of taking 6 days to clear the petty amount of $100. Thats insane. Banking should never be so difficult and offensive.

Ive been banking here for 20 years, and they really are fantastic. Its great not seeing a revolving door of staff but seeing the same employees stay and work for years on end, makes you feel way better about where youre putting your money when you recognize people and they recognize you.

This branch was my go to. Now it is the worst one. I could even deposit checks or cash. Worthless spot. Glad they renovated now its just bad.
