Good newspaper content...when you actually receive the paper... Regularly missed delivery right in downtown Minneapolis. Calls to customer service are of little avail. I asked for a rubber band or a plastic sleeve on the paper so I wouldn't have to wander the block looking for errant folios drifting with the wind--it was almost comical, if you weren't paying for it. Make sure you cancel service well before subscription expires or they'll give you a "courtesy extension", non grata.

If I could give minus stars, I would. After over three months of calling and requesting the unwanted values paper to stop, a report to the Better Business Bureau, a letter from a higher up in Star Tribune saying the deliveries will stop...I am still getting the unwanted values paper thrown in my driveway. Horrible customer service.
