We had two gas fireplaces installed in our home by this company two years ago. Last November one of the fireplaces stopped working. We assumed it was the pilot light and called the company, and they agreed to send a technician out, but kept canceling. We were getting close to our date for leaving Minnesota for the winter, so they told us they would come out and fix the problem when we returned in the spring. When we returned in March and called them, it was their busy time and they were not able to fit us in for a couple of weeks. When they did give us a date, they ended up canceling again, and when they rescheduled, they asked for a payment of half down before theyd come out. We were so frustrated. So we called Fireplace Guys and they came out the next day, figured out the problem and fixed it. We were impressed and grateful. Cant recommend Fireplace Guys enough!

Twin City Fireplace installed a gas insert in our fireplace. We visited their showroom to review the products from several manufacturers. Nick then came to our home (without charge) to quote an installation and provide a final quote. We purchased it over the summer when prices were discounted and arranged for installation. The crew that came was efficient and professional and maintained a clean work area. Both gas and electrical inspections passed without issue. We live in Saint Paul which has a reputation for tough inspections. We ordered a custom surround which had to be specially ordered. When installed it fit perfectly and the fireplace is now exactly what we wanted. I can recommend Twin City Fireplace without reservation.
