        Bought a firearm online had it sent to nw armory for a transfer as I got there they was busy I understand that! so as I signed in and patiently waited to be help and I notice people was showing up after me signing in and as I go back and forth keep checking the list and others was being help before me coming in after on the list! Yes I know they was busy because of the new measure 114! And like I said I patient waited for HOUR AND A HALF! and so finally after 1hr and half of waiting I was able talk to one of the staff members just to be told that they not excepting new customer!? Smdh! Seems like if you're a returning or regular there they wouldnt hesitate to provide u good service but if you're "new" like me they'll ignore and take thier time before helping ya! This place is horrible with customer service and staff member! I'll probably never gonna go back there and do business witth them agian TOOK MY BUSINESS TO KIETHS SPORTING GOODS! They took care of everything like a professional should!
