Alma Gardens Apartments

Terrible environment to live in. Two old ladies are on guard for the garden out back and seem to spend all their free time yelling at anyone that walks by saying that its private property and nobody can walk into the area whether they know if youre a resident or not. Even saw them yell at a mom and child for standing outside the fence and looking in. Who has that much free time and if you really want your own garden go buy a home with your own yard instead of harassing other residents that live here and community members just walking by it.

Beware -They are increasing rents 33% as of Nov. 2022. This was on KGW news tonight Sept. 13, 2022. New rents will be $1300 plus.

This place is very "home like". The neighbors are quiet and the location is great and close to everything. You can even walk to places and get there in 30 mins. The complex is big but very simple and I mean that as a compliment. At night it's also very quiet. There are owls at night and birds in the morning but the noises of cars are very minimal. The only problem I have with the place is that there isn't another way for the handicapped to get to their apartments. Only stairs. But that is the only downside to this place. And most places don't do that. Spacious, quiet, close to everything, great location, and fun! Five stars from me
