I had emailed them asking if they carried what we were looking for as we wanted something very specific, but we live one hour away. I received a quick response from Randi K herself. Not only did she say they carried what we were looking for, but she went a step further and offered to set an appointment for us which I thought was absolutely fantastic. When we arrived, Sarah K was ready to help us and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She was incredible! We are not people who make decisions on the spot, but we did that day! We had looked and looked at all of the competition, but Bilt Rite knocked it out of the park for us! We cannot say enough fabulous things! It was important for us to purchase furniture made in the USA which we did! Supporting a family owned business is also a priority for us. While we were there, Randi K searched us out and personally introduced herself. We absolutely cannot wait to receive our furniture and feel confident that that will go just as well as everything else has thus far. We plan to be customers for life based on our experience. We've already been spreading the word! Thanks so much!

Everyone was warm and welcoming. Sarah, our salesperson, was very helpful and learned and was a 4th generation family of the business. We liked that it is family run and were happy to give them our business. I would highly recommend them!

In twice over last few weeks for different items - Troy, Ruth and Barry were great. Barry is the mattress maven! Highly recommend this store - wouldnt go elsewhere!
