I've seen clients before and after going here and always felt that their programs didn't seem to help much. I finally had a friend commit themselves for inpatient and feel strongly now that this place is not good. This person doesn't have a goal for their therapy at all despite being there for weeks, has been harassing their ex partner over text every night despite the partner, me, and another person calling the facility to report harassment. They're about to get a restraining order while inside treatment, so that's great. I don't think they've worked on a plan for this person's release, even. I highly suggest an outpatient Pauquette program for anyone considering inpatient DBT here. I've seen multiple people leave Pauquette greatly improved, while I think this person will leave here even more dangerous, volatile, and s*icidal.

The php program is a joke, send your child there if you want them to be in a playground, I was under the impression I was going to be with people my age until I meet a 22 yr old and a 14 yr old, half of the rules they have dont matter unless it has to do with your phone or using the bathroom, they escort you around like your a prisoner, the workers there are nice though, also theres food on the ground everywhere, an ant infestation literal prison by the way, I would send someone there if youre actively wanting their depression to get worse, I would rather kms than go back, the only fun thing to do there is talk with your peers, this place seems like a cash grab

My son went in to get set up on aprogram and came out higher than what he went there.

My son is in the PHP program and loves it. He's getting so much out of it and actually looks forward to going every day. The staff is great, very caring and professional. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Hey all, This is Lucas Metoyer writing, and i'm a past patient that went to this facility. My DOS was July 29th 2023. I went in for almost drinking myself to death and making suicidal statements about my current life being terrible. I remember most of this like yesterday. I was there for a total of 9 days, throughout which, I met some of my now best friends and had a total blast reviving my state of mind as well as being in a different environment separated from the world. It was like Prison but with a fun twist to it. The people there were (mostly) full of positivity and cheering you on for anything good that you accomplished or discovered about yourself. There were lots of conversations about family, TV shows, and Many other things. My first day in, I got there at 7:29 and was still extremely drunk out of my mind. One of the staff members, Tamera, helped me get to sleep on the first day there. She told me the next day that I had talked myself to sleep getting to know her. for the next 4 days I had been recovering from the whole 750ml bottle of Vodka i had drank within a span of just 3 days. When the whole trip was over, my dad even told me that he could tell how worn down my brain was and that it really took a few days for me to fully "wake back up". The rest of the time I was there I was just bonding with the staff members and the others that were there. I got to know their stories as well. this is apparently called "trauma bonding", but it was much more than that. It was the start of new friendships in my life. As Im sitting in my room writing this, I remembered all the fun things and adventures that took place in there. I did backflips in the hallways sometimes, learned how to play blackjack From Trey, made a cake for a girls birthday, and even managed to get a mental hospital girlfriend. Don't ask how that went. Anyway it was a really great experience in my life and was one of the best things that had ever happened in my lifetime, EVER. The food there was always great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They gave us these things called "Dirt cups" which is what it sounds like. It had a few gummy worms inside of some pudding with Oreos. This is around 40% of my experience there and I cant tell you the emotions I felt there. I know its a mental institution but it was just so warming there. That's all I'm going to write I feel very depressed hopeless, and miserable right now so I decided to think about good times and everything that happened to me at Rogers. I came across the reviews of the place and decided to write a little. I looked at the pictures of west allis rogers and I started to cry. I remember the rooms like YESTERDAY. good times man I loved everybody there. Thank you Nick, Lucy, Ghost, Tamera, Shiran, Gabe, Kaylee, Dr. Findlay, Andrew, Ondria, Mary, Denise and all of the others that supported me while i was there. -Lucas M.
