        Submitted a form for a quote online and didnt hear back. Called and was able to get a quote and they said they would pick it up that day and did not. Called back and the person was extremely disrespectful and actually hung up on us. Ended up going with another company.

        They put me on hold for 25 minutes I hung up and redialed and they picked up immediately. Not sure why they forgot I was on hold the whole thing was a little excessive.
