Good place overall and I would return. The issue is the time frame. What was supposed to be a cpl days turned out to be an entire week. There was really no follow up calls when there was supposed to have been a cpl. Fix that and it'll make it better.

Called to see if I could get an estimate. Meaning somebody come out. She kept asking me what size I needed and how big my unit was. Umm, this is why I want you to come out and give me an estimate.

Hands down the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever worked with. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They don't show up to their scheduled appointments. Order incorrect parts. Don't return phone calls. Don't communicate with you when they need to reschedule. Don't waste your time or money.
