Michael is the biggest jackass. He promises things that he doesn't follow thru with and all the windows put in, the top window falls down. Last week I was kneeling on the floor and the bottom window fell and hit me in the face. We asked about our screens to get fixed , he had them 4 months in the back of his car and never fixed them and brings them back the same way. I think we should get a lawsuit going.

Michael Grossman (the owners son) is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. They installed 11 windows in our house which all of them leak. I had to spend more money to hire a different window company to fix alumatrims terrible installation. They left a mess of chaulk all over the sides of my house. They claim to have a lifetime warranty on their windows they install but that's also a lie. The pamphlet michael gave me for my warranty was for a completely different manufacturer that than the windows that were actually installed. After calling the actual manufacturer they said they've never heard of alumatrim and that I did not have a warranty on my windows.  Michael is a con artist. He'll tell you what you want to hear. If you do go through this company do not pat them a dime until you are satisfied.

Alumnatrim was the company that installed our windows that we bought from a local company. Terrible install.  Been having problems with these windows for years. Had a few companies come out and all are confirming that the windows were incorrectly installed.  Huge disappointment. Mother in law had the exact same windows I have, installed in her house a mile away but with a different company doing the install and she has none of the same issues I experience.  In my mind, terry, while very pleasant, ripped us off and is a crook. I do NOT recommend this company. Stay away from them no matter how good the price might be or you will be replacing windows after 3 years just like me!!!!Andrew Rackowski

It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company.  We were promised windows in 4 weeks.  When we questioned how they could supply the windows that quick, we were assured it was because they were local.  Well, 13 weeks later the windows finally came in, in the wrong color and 1 of 10 missing the grids that were supposed to be built into the window.  The manufacturer (Alside) said they would not fix the grid issue at all and it would be 20 additional weeks if we wanted to correct color.  Installers had to be brought back numerous times.  They left the property a mess.  They would not rehang one set of blinds despite rehanging the other 3, because they "do not rehang blinds."  It was in the agreement and they did 3 of the rooms.  In all instances, every issue brought up to Terry, the owner, was someone else's fault.  He took no responsibility for any issue.  We also made the mistake of making a progress payment.  If you are unlucky enough to deal with this company, do not give them $0.01 until you are 100% satisfied.  Otherwise, good luck getting any response.
