I stopped in today for an arrangement for someone who lost a pet and received excellent service. Areli helped me and brought out a fresh sample when I explained what I was looking for. I wanted a cylinder vase and they were out but searched hi and low to find one in the back! She went out of her way, the flowers were fresh and gorgeous and the recipient was so happy. Thank you !!

The message included in the flower arrangement did not include sender's name...machine printed too low cutting it off. Also, the flowers looked haphazardly grouped together with a crudely tied pink ribbon at the neck of the small vase. Supposedly a bow! This was a mother's day order from my surrogate son in California. Very dissatisfied.

Received a floral arrangement for Mother's Day. The doorbell was not rung; the vase was not protected by a cardboard box and was left sitting on the porch; there was about 1 inch of water in the vase; the flowers were in a plastic wrapping as if they were picked up at the local grocery store; the stems and leaves were already turning yellow, and an odor was coming from the arrangement; the floral arrangement was already turning brown. I attempted to call the florist on Monday morning but could not speak to anyone because the line was constantly busy. Hence the posting of this review. This receipt of flowers does not deserve one star. One star was given for the ability to post reviews.

Ordered online and delivered by Guzzardo's....BIG DISAPPOINTMENT low quality Rose's, dying violet flowers, smelly rancid water and an arrangement done by an amateur.... Requested a refund... Have no idea how they stay in business....

Im not really sure what happened but my son sent flowers for Mothers Day. They were supposed to arrive Saturday but ended coming Monday night around 6:30 pm. The flowers are pretty but some of them are droopy and some stems are bent. The arrangement smelled funny almost like cigarette smoke. There was hardly any water in the vase. I did not place the order or have contact with them so Im not really sure what happened
