AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE FURNITURE QUALITY. I came upon this store on google and decided to browse for some furniture for my new home. Fell in love with some couches and when asked for the price it was not terrible so I decided to go with them. Up until the day my couches were delivered there was no problems whatsoever. Whoever during the delivery process my floor was ripped( I understand things like these happen so no biggie right?) WRONGGGGGG, one of the couches came completely broken on one side. Ever since then I been contacting the store even went there twice personally. First I was told the couch was completely fine, when I showed them the picture I took in the store showing the couch already broken then they said someone would come to fix it. I refused simply because I paid for a brand new couch, I was never told they would sell me the same display couch that was broken. I called again they couldnt given me an exact answer of what the store was going to do. Shop somewhere else, dont waste your money here.
