The Urgent Care staff were all spectacular. The intake staff were welcoming and very empathetic to my concerns. There was no wait and I liked that making an appointment online was an option. The facility was very clean and relaxing. The nurse and PA that helped we were as kind as can be, cared about my concerns and were very thorough. Im glad to know that I have an option close to home that I feel confident going to now that Physicians Urgent Care is closed.

I took my son here the last two times for urgent care and I've had the same PA both times. Good staff low wait times no problems at all I would highly recommend.

If you go to the 2nd floor clinic for vaccination, I would recommend you go to a pharmacy instead. I arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait 40 minutes and never was seen and had to leave due do to not being able to stay longer. I think if they removed the glass wall the receptionists could see who has arrived and who is still sitting there. If you dont have enough staff for giving vaccines they you should recommend pharmacies instead. I work for this company and I have to say I am not impressed. Other reviews below also stated this as well. Seems like the issue hasnt been addressed yet.

I went in today for my appointment to get my depo shot. I was waiting to get my depo shot for almost an hour until I walked out. When I use to go it would be fast maybe they need to hire more help.

Called the facility for an inquiry on wait time and was given a response very rudely by the receptionist. Due to this, I decided not to come to this location. If this is their level of patient care with discussing simple questions over the phone, I can only imagine the level of care in person. Receptionists couldn't even give a proper greeting when answering the phone.
