I ordered the french toast meal, came back to work an was about to eat when I seen my hash browns are missing and the french toast sticks are burnt, the syrup packs are busted and leaking out. I called and the number is disconnected HOW?? $11 dam dollars gone down the drain! Yall have got to do better!!! A plus, the lady at the window was pretty nice.

Never want to leave a bad review, I know the service industry as a whole is facing many struggles right now, but something here needs to change. 40 minutes in the drive through just isn't acceptable, especially for cold food. I love the food normally so I'd like to see some changes made to get the service back up to a high standard. Bang the employees more, better training, tools to assist them, whatever it takes let's get it done.

So this burger king location was suppose to be opened and time was only 4:21 pm on a Thursday. Doors were locked and no one answered the intercom to take orders. I seen employees take a little break and locked all of the doors because they didn't feel like working. Seen a girl leave out with some food and drove off, looked like an employee. Another guy was inside taking a little break himself with some food. Never had an issue coming here but I guess sometimes people don't want to work these days.
