We called because a furnace was out at a rental and they were very nice and accommodating. They got a technician out within 2 hours. Love that I was sent the name and photo of the person coming for safety reasons. Very honest and let us know that it was only a breaker that got tripped and didn’t try to do more or up-sell us to make more money. Will definitely use again. Service: Heating maintenance

After being a customer for over 9 years with this company and purchasing a furnace and air conditioner , I would like to express my recent experience and why I have chosen to discontinue doing business with them. I was scheduled for regular maintenance on my furnace on December 16, 2019 and was informed by the serviceman, Dan Calandra that I needed over 300.00 to replace a capacitor and to clean blower. When I told him the capacitor had been replaced before and my furnace was under warranty, he said I would have to pay the service call fee but the part would be covered. I never was charged a service charge before when they found a problem. They did the warranty repairs no charge since they were already here doing they maintenance and I paid monthly for a maintenance plan. After being treated rudely by the tech, I called the office and spoke to the owners. They said they would refund half the charge I paid. Never received the credit and never heard back why. I have cancelled my service plan with them and will be using another company for my service. Very poor customer service will not recommend .

They talked my mother into the annual maintenance program and then charged her for services that should have been included in the monthly charge. The system worked fine when the first tech came out to do his seasonal tune up. after he left the system did not work. Another tech came out and declared the system was too old and could not be fixed. A salesman came out and confirmed the system was too old and could not be fixed. They then charged her $300 to fill the system with refrigerant. They said it cost so much because the refrigerant used in her system was no longer being used and was hard to find. Since the system worked fine before the first tech came to do the tune up, we decided to have another company come out to confirm the unit could not be fixed, In a very short time the other contractor found a fitting to be finger tight and that was where it was leaking refrigerant from . The other contractor also found other problems that should have been found during the "tune up". The other contractor laughed when we asked him if the refrigerant used was expensive and hard to find. He only charged us $60 for the refrigerant charge that 24 Hour Comfort Services charged us $300 for. It has been a couple of weeks since the system was serviced correctly and we have not experienced any further problems.
