DO NOT HIRE ERIN unless you want to be held hostage. I hired Erin to do some landscape work. After not caring for her work, demeanor, and lack of professionalism, I decided not have Erin install a Palm tree because of the issues below. She said I had a three day cooling off period to cancel the palm tree and she would not refund the $1200 I paid her for "materials up front". I hired Erin to repair and add an irrigation line, sod my yard, and add some landscape rock. While we were talking we decided to add a palm tree to the back yard. Erin quoted 8 pallets of sod but only 6 showed up on the truck. I had to ask her for the refund for the 2 pallets not delivered. She did refund the two pallets. There were large gaps in the sod installation. I asked her to fix it. She never met with me to go over the issues. I ended up fixing it. While trenching her crew hit an undergound electric line. I did not like her work, demeanor, or professionalism. I decided I did not want her to do anymore work at my house. I sent her an email saying I did not want to have her install the palm tree. She stated "The only thing that can be done is either you lose your payment or we continue with the palm tree contract as to installation" What a way to run a business Services: Irrigation system repair/maintenance, Sod installation

They destroyed my property, they broke a $1200 victorian style street light, keep promising to replace it but still havent months later, they ignore my texts and calls. They did a terrible job with the sprinker system, screwed it up the first time and charged me to fix the screw up. Wrecked my lawn just to remove a few bushes. Dont do business with them. I’m having to get a lawyer just to get them to pay for the damage they did, damage that they admitted to doing. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

From initial contact/estimate, to project completion...7 days flat!! Who can honestly do better than that? I’m blown away by the professionalism and incredible work ethic Erin and her crew members have. Stephon (sorry if I misspelled it) and the other staff member (I didn’t catch his name), were absolute work horses! They created and executed a magazine-cover landscape scene in both my front yard and back yard. They carefully inspected and checked my existing irrigation system for any flaws, and off they went. They’re like magical lawn ferries who made my home come to life. For anyone looking for a company that keeps their word and delivers a killer result, Erin Bass Lawncare is who you want. Hiring a tree removal company can be hit or miss. After reading some reviews, we chose Erin Bass to do the work. Out of Milton, they arrived with professional equipment , on time, and got to work. Our trust in this company paid off. The owner, Erin was on site the whole time and her crew worked like machines, but their personalities were so enjoyable and laid back. Her slogan is “ Ordinary to extraordinary “ and it was extraordinary! There may be many companies out there to choose from, but I can guarantee you can’t go wrong with choosing this one.
