I had just moved down to Florida from Kansas City, Mo. I had my insurance with a company back there for 33 years. When I crossed the Florida State Line, my Missouri insurance company was not located in Florida.
I pulled into Allstate Insurance Co and met 3 of the most pleasant people whom I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Told Selana what I was going through and my problems were solved!! Jill, who works up front also help me out. Then I met Darren, and he took over in getting my car title problems taken care of out of state. So happy I met them all!

I wasn't real happy that my renter's insurance doubled when I moved from Virginia to Florida. But Darren Spicer's agency made the transition easy and I appreciate that.

Mr. Spicer is a wonderful agent. He is very responsive. If I call, email, or stop by the office and he wasn't there, he always got back with me as soon as he could. He is very professional and explains my police in depth. If I don't understand something on my police he would explains it until I did understand. He is very patient. My policy with Allstate, covers more than the last insurance Company that I had and it is over $200.00 cheaper. Times like these, with covid19 and herricans, we need to have good coverage and not have to worry about the amount we pay. I know Allstate has my back. Thank you Mr. Spicer for everything!
