        Service dept is quite possibly the biggest joke ive dealt with in a while. 3 weeks still don't have my truck back. Seems like theyre more of parts changers than factory trained techs with knowledge. Communication is almost not existent unless I call them... then its one excuse/delay after another. Closed now

        First off wanna say that Mike Rich is a very good man. I work there for 4 months and when I start I had them look at my car to see whats wrong with it and they got the part in and then took them 2 months later to fix it. I recommend people stay away from their to work for them.
