      image The best customer service Ive had with a Verizon retailer on island, hands down. I met with Justin who was very patient, kind, and friendly. He went through my available plan/upgrade options and even helped me get a new phone AND bring down my monthly bill with the assistance of Allessa, and T, I felt very taken care of. 100/100.
