The Learning Experience - Milford

My son hated this place and I had to removed him. He loves school so it was not just because he didnt want to be there. He still says he doesnt like it a whole year after we took him out of here. The director was unhelpful and refused to provide my son with lunch for a later time, then the assigned time as he was in school for speech therapy clases and was going to make it to the day care right after the lunch time. She was ok leaving a child without lunch. So I had to keep him at home those days even though I was paying $1800 per month. A place like this should be looked into. One of the teachers smelled like a walking cigarette.

TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN IN THERE EITHER I wish I had never sent my son to this place. I had an awful experience. The teachers were very careless and cold they didnt have any experience to deal with the children

There are some truly amazing and dedicated teachers at the The Learning Experience in Milford! I enjoy working at this location and adore every student in the center from the infants up to the older preschool classes. I work to support each teaching team and the needs of each class as a whole. The outdoor space is spacious and multi purpose for games, outdoor snacks at the picnic tables and fun charter posters modeling yoga moves with Flexy the Flamingo. The children adore the educational characters that teach a spectrum of skills including a second language and a fabulous STEM program. The majority of students will begin reading before they leave the preschool program! Employees get amazing benefits and discounts of tuition. I recommend you check it out as a parent looing for quality childcare or an a professional educator looking for a new opportunity.

Terrible place to work at and dont bother applying for a teaching job there & dont send your children there either! I worked as a floating teacher for 10 months until I was laid off! The close-minded and rude directors have poor management directions, the pay is low ($18.50 an hour), none the teachers were trained to deal with kids who have special needs, ADHD and anger management issues & they treated their employees poorly. Very cold, unwelcoming, hawk-eyed, only caring about putting on a show & looking good for the visiting parents! No matter how hard the teachers assistants tried to look after the children in their care, the lead teachers go off to do their own thing & not take any responsibility & refused to working together with what assistant teacher they have. A few of the 20 something year old lead teachers were rude & full of themselves! Dont bother applying for a job there & dont send your children there either!
