        Would not recommend doing business with this place. Brought a mower in needing self propelled cable. I told them, needs a new cable. Took 9 days for them to call me and tell me the part is on back order. I said I'd come and pick up my mower until the part came in...nope...not allowed. They wanted me to leave my mower there for 6 weeks in the spring until they got a cable. Then she says..and it could be December for an we know. Ok, I'll come and get my mower then....I need to be able to mow my lawn. I left a $40 deposit. Surely they'll refund that. They didn't do anything. I had told them the problem and they didn't fix anything... Nope on that too. We're keeping your $40. I'd you're looking for small engine repair... Find somewhere else.... Anywhere else.

        Needed a flywheel key for my push mower that not many stores would have on shelf. Gave them a call and as delighted to hear they had exactly what I needed. Also picked up some maintenance items. Gentlemen at front desk was very personable. And I'm back up and running. Thanks for the help.

        I believe in supporting local businesses. I am a repeat customer over the course of several years with purchasing a riding mower, accessories for it, a backpack blower, and multiple parts for other machines I own. I am a repeat customer because they deliver value through genuine customer service. Why have I not written a review before now if I was a repeat customer?...it is Thanksgiving week and after experiencing less than desirable customer service while at a "big box" store for a water filter (that was a ridiculous story), I just thought it would be appropriate to leave a review and express my gratitude.

        After a few agonizing attempts at starting my 8 year old mower, I took it here for diagnosis and service. After about a week they had it running good as new. They even rebuilt my carburetor which was a nice touch. Would 100% recommend them for repair and tune ups.

      I apologize for your experience. Firstly we told you it would be 2.5 weeks before we even looked at your mower- we looked at it in 9 days- so I think we did pretty good. Also I do not control backorders and no we do not allow mowers to come and go for our own business reasons. Furthermore- we do not just go by what a customer says- we also looked over your belts, pulleys, transmission system and all within that deposit time to make sure we weren’t going to have a multiple parts to fix situation. We then spent a good amount of time trying to find the part for your machine. Obviously you think we work for free. You then also sent someone else to pick up the machine and we didn’t even know you were upset so that we could talk about it. I called you and left you a message to which you haven’t responded. I definitely understand you are frustrated but do believe you are being very unfair with this review.
