        Our first visit to Newport Animal Hospital. We were made to feel welcome and Cooper was made to feel very special. All aspects of the visit were exceptional. Cooper was well handled and I was provided detailed information on everything being done. I was told about non required vaccines but they were not pushed. When the determination came that Cooper had anaplasmosis Dr. Shields came out to explain what it was and the treatment. Great visit all the way around. Thank you.

        The Thames St crew is awesome. They are friendly and kind to pets and their owners. They are also speedy - I was in and out in about 20 minutes for my kitties yearly exam. She had 2 shots, her exam and her toenails clipped - all before she had the chance to get to worked up and stressed out!
