        Employee Benefits Corporation is the reason I opted out of my employer benefits. I would advise strongly against signing up with any program they are involved in. The app does not accurately record documentation required to get approval on medical expenses and they are less than helpful in resolution. Worst benefits experience of my life and I will likely never use an FSA again because of them. Wish I could leave less than one star.

        I was extremely disappointed when my company switched over to Employee Benefits Corporation. I've been given misinformation multiple times and it feels like jumping through hoops often, and that the representative is working against me—just rude and inconsiderate in many cases. It's a shame because Benefits Exchange Northwest was who I used to have and they were amazing.

        Terrible experience and I will never sign up for this type of service if EBC is managing it. I recommend employers use a different company to manage their FSA, HRA, HSA, and COBRA benefits because this company benefits no one. The reviews speak for themselves.
