I’ve paid for $400 for quarterly sprays and I have roaches that are huge and still alive. I have seen zero improvement and wasn’t even aware that I signed up for quarterly sprays. I had hired them a year ago because my dogs had fleas and I wanted to make sure they didn’t spread to furniture and somehow was then getting charged $69 every 3 months, paper work was very deceiving. Not worth the money at all. Stay away.

I have called three times and no one answers. Message always says someone will be what you shortly. Listening to the same message 15 minutes still no one.

We paid this company to tent our house for termites and took out the insurance. When the termites returned they didn’t honor the insurance and wouldn’t re-tent. First it was hard even getting someone to come out, we made multiple appts and they wouldn’t show. When they finally showed up, they walked around outside the house and said we didn’t have termites.They said it was termite season and they were just swarming, they wouldn’t come inside and check the house or attic! We had to pay another company to tent the house and pay for another hotel stay. Awhile later our roof collapsed due to all the termite eaten wood. So we also had to get an entire new roof and pay an add’l $4000 for the extra wooden and shoring up of beams. Service: Termites
