I hired Marathon to pick up packages for me. They went to the location and signed for all the packages and now one package is missing. They have offered no assistance in locating the missing package. Their only answer when I call is they just sign for things and do not check to see what they are signing for and on top of that he tells me they pick up from this company daily. I called Marathon to ask them to help locate the package and 24hrs later they still have not looked for the package or returned to the business where they were supposed to pick up the package to inquire about the missing package. My advise if it is an important package that you need picked up do not use these guys. " WE JUST SIGN OFF THAT WE RECEIVED ITEMS WITHOUT CHECKING WHAT WE ARE RECEIVING"
