I paid my the appointment and send all my documents to get a 5 minute dismissive call. I would have preferred an email and doctor would have made money w the insurance payment and paying 60 dollars plus whatever my insurance pays him to give me 6 minute of his time and not taking the time to listen to me. Scary what our health system had become. Hard to find a good endircronologist in this city. I guess u have to keep searching for one that wants to do his job and listen to patient. I felt like I was just another item to be cross off the doctor list. A waste of my time and money.

My experience at this doctor's office was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The staff seemed to be lacking even the most basic cognitive functions. In particular, the new patient coordinator, Sylvanis, left much to be desired. Not only did she struggle to comprehend English, but she also seemed incapable of understanding what patients were trying to communicate. Despite providing a clear explanation and attempting to provide documentation, she refused service without valid reason. Furthermore, the lack of service was evident across both locations of this practice. It's evident that the staff at this establishment have no idea how to provide proper service in the medical industry. I strongly advise against visiting this doctor's office. It's clear that the management needs to take serious action and overhaul their staff with competent and literate individuals who understand the importance of properly booking patients and providing adequate service. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more professional healthcare provider elsewhere.

My primary doctor tried to place an appointment with and he declined for not reason . My doctor and i just trying to find my solution with my thyroid . And he declined
