        After feeling and hearing my Chevy Impala transmission slip, I was directed to Alonso by my mechanic. Ralph test drove my car, and hooked up the OBD scanner. He reported that there are no problems but my fluid level is a touch high. He refused any payment.After I siphoned off sufficient fluid, the transmission runs smooth as silk.He gave me an honest evaluation without "soaking" me. His advice was right on the mark. Bravo Zulu !!!!!!
