Went in this bank to close my account and withdraw my money, they act like I was robbing the bank. They didnt wanna give me my money in cash. They want cashiers check, stated that it was for fraud reasons like they was responsible for my money if I pull out my money and spend it, I cant do anything to the bank so what do they care representative thought I was a dog telling me to sit down Vanessa took over three hours to pull out $11,000. The whole bank process at this facility was horrible and the representative didnt even know why they was doing this they just kept on repeating its protocol. Theres no protocol when it comes to my mind its mine give it to me, I can do what I want

I don't recommend it. You are greeted by a man in glasses who says that they will not open an account for new clients! He doesn't even look at the package of documents. Please note very poor service. Horror
