My best friend paid her deposit and move in fee over 2 months ago. They still don't have a place ready, and they keep giving her the run around. I don't think this is acceptable for a business, very bad practice.

Just moved out of the complex. The name has changed to Newcastle. Beware the new owner is extremely rude she says one thing over the phone but in person she says another thing she’s dismissive she is aggressive and feels like she can talk to you however she wants to. Or she won’t fix anything until weeks later the only apartments that seem to have any work done to them are the ones that are empty for people to move in but the people who already lives there she takes her time fixing the issues in the occupied apartments. There is a roach and rat problem no matter how clean you are she recently fired the exterminator people because they refuse to enter peoples apartments without their permission. She has a issue with respecting privacy she goes around the parking lot looking into cars trying to see if your car is in working condition whether your car works or not if it does not look like it she will have it towed away. Be where of this place the older owners had a hard time fixing minor problems but they were more easy to work with. And she is slightly prejudiced. You were no longer allowed to receive packages from the office anymore so if you purchase things from companies that ship through the United States Postal Service you will have to pick it up because that was one of the rules that she puts in place was that there will be no more packages delivered to the office.

I am currently looking for a place to rent. I contacted several properties a lady from the leasing office at this location called me an schedule an appointment for 5pm due to Miami traffic I got there about ten minutes late but was texting with updates to the lady who called me and I was getting no reply. I call once I arrive to the property and my call is declined. Instead of letting me know she couldn’t keep the appointment she just decided not to answer. the appearance of this apartment explains why they have such a cheap move in special. Stay clear of this apartment all the reviews I’ve seen are nothing but negative. They have absolutely no upkeep of these apartments. The building is absolutely disgusting. Thanks to this wonderful leasing office for letting your potential renters waste their time.
