This office is unprofessional, they rarely answer the phone , they never return calls When you finally reach someone your concerns and not taking care of. I have been trying to my prescription filled since the 11th. There was an issue with my insurance but once it was cleared up. The office never sent in my prescription. The doctor and staff was nice when your in the office. But trying to get help once you leave the office FORGET ABOUT!

I highly recommend Dr. Julian Naranjo. He cares about his patients. He is professional and is very kind and respectful. He also has a nice staff.

This office is totally unprofessional. They have no empathy for the pain anyone could be experiencing. My mom has been given an endless run around to have a procedure done. Shes diabetic and on dialysis which the doctor is fully aware of however his team scheduled her for an outpatient procedure. The day of the procedure they told her she was allowed to eat early in the morning due to her diabetes and her procedure being scheduled for 3:00pm. After waiting for hours the anesthesiologist obviously cancelled. She was rescheduled multiple times.After three months of non stop pain she received her procedure date. After arriving at the surgical center they cancelled her for being a dialysis patient even though the coordinator knew the center was canceling and despite of her knowledge told her to go. This is appalling to say the least. How they treat the elderly. Dont go to this office!!!!
