We ordered our hurricane windows in June, and they delivered in September as scheduled (even with the horrible logistics situation happening at the moment). The team managed to change all windows in 2 days. There was an unpleasant experience with the city inspector but Andrew and Carlos handled it really well and made us feel very comfortable with everything. Carlos was very helpful since the beginning, sending updates on the order, scheduling the inspection and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows in the south Florida area!

Bad customer service. I ordered a multi point lock and unfortunately it is the only place I know of to get replacement multi point locks. The lock was shipped wrong and I have to pay return shipping. I sent a email to two women that I deal with and did not receive a reply from either one

Even with the delays getting permits, due to the pandemic, they got the job done and my front door is beautiful. Their prices are affordable. Excellent company to do business with.

Company is dedicated to completing the job to the satisfaction of the customer. Getting a permit during the pandemic was a definite challenge and I commend Andrew for his patience and commitment to getting the job done!
