I would put 0 stars if possible
The voicemail box is not monitored. Your call gets forwarded to an automated box that tells you to please hang up because the message box is full.
When the voicemail box is not full you get some old, tired, bored and lazy sounding lady telling you the hours of the place.
Whoever's in charge of this operation is just in Miami on vacation essentially. They don't care at all about their fellow countrymen. Just your typical Surinamese politician.
And I'm confident no one from the consulate will ever read this review. It's a shame.
Update:
Google for some reason has assigned me as the owner of this business. (It is not possible to remove an affiliation from google business, this is a google problem) This means that no one working at the consulate general has ever linked this business with an email belonging to the consulate general.
These people are a complete joke. Typical Surinamese gouvernement issues
