I opted to take my vehicle for service here and I had a surprisingly overall really good experience. I highly recommend this Mazda dealership.

Can I rate them negative stars? They've stolen items from my car. Lied about ordering replacements to be mailed to my home. Changed their story multiple times regarding necessary repairs. Kept me waiting THREE WEEKS to retrieve my car. Disregarded repair instructions, then tried to have me return to their service center for old parts in order to receive a refund.
This place is full of scammers. I'm sure there are some honest workers here, but best to not roll the dice. Some employees here are straight-up criminals.
Mazda Service Center, DO NOT reply to this. I have zero interest in your garbage PR responses. You have FAILED your customer, multiple times. Refund what I requested, and you can simply consider yourselves free & clear of a letter from my attorney.

Worst place to service your car. First, they asked to have appointment to service your car. The appointment app is not friendly to use. Kicks you out several time. I decided to take my daughters car for an oil change without appointment. Despite I was waiting on a long line to see the attendant. (Only one attendant at 730 am)I was turned away. He stated that they have cars waiting for oil change for over two days. Is an oil change on a dealership a difficult task when they have all the necessary tools? I found out later that even with appointment the waiting time is over two hours. I strongly believe they should revise their time management My wife drives a BMW and I drive a f-150. No need for appt nor we need to wait so long for oil change. I will rate this dealership for service a -1 star.
