        I have attempted to get mortgage assistance since I was jobless for a few weeks, and I got backed up with mortgage payments. My bank said I should reach out to this company. I applied 4/28. I got a response on 5/12. I was asked for additional documents and was told payment will go out that day or between three weeks. We are now going into a month and still nothing. Heather does not respond to emails nor calls. I have called and left messages with the front desk and she still has nothing.

        Horrible, they never called me and the county programs with purchase value limits that are a mockery when looking at the prices in the market, a total waste of time
