        I would put 0 if I could. I reserved a truck for 9am on a Saturday and at arrival I was told my truck was given away to someone else. Then I was sent to a different location 10-15 miles away in the opposite direction of where I needed to go, where I was told they had the truck I needed “reserved” for me. By the way that was another argument because they were trying to give it away to 2 other people at the same time.
